Happy TUESDAY everyone!

I hope you had a phenomenal weekend! My family got our Christmas tree and started to decorate finally. I LOVE the holiday season. It’s always such a treat to spend some quality time together!

TODAY, I’m absolutely THRILLED to share all about my new Weight Loss on the Wild Side program! Many of you know I’ve been on a healthy eating & fitness journey. After I had my last baby I felt not like myself. I felt lost in a body that did not feel like my own. I was low on energy, my mood was terrible and I had hit my all time low. When I realized it was affecting the way I was treating my husband and children, I knew I needed to make a change.

I started strategically planning out my nutrition to complement my heavy weight & speed burst workouts. I also started drinking Shakeology (my favourite tasting chocolate protein shake), and my entire world and perspective on life changed!

In my “Weight loss on the Wild Side” training program provide a lot of education. I take you through how to track your macros (carbs, proteins, fats), and I tell you the WHY behind the HOW. I educate you on supplements that support weight loss and give you the exact tools and information for you to achieve your goals. We also talk about pelvic health and daily personal development.

Want to lose weight? Get totally ripped? Burn serious calories? Any time you want, from home or the gym you can make positive changes. Anyone can do my workouts. Whether you are a beginner or an exercise enthusiast this program can be made to benefit you.

I love my program because if I can’t get to the gym I don’t have to. I love that I can literally pull up the workout on my phone or computer, and work out wherever I want to! A lot of times, if the kiddos are playing upstairs and I don’t want to be in the basement, I’ll just bring my workout to them! It works out so well. All you will be required to have is some hand weights and at least one heavy object or heavy weight.

I also take my training program with me when I go to the gym! I used to go to the gym and feel a little bit like a lost sole. I’d start with a little cardio, then move over to the free weight area, maybe do a few abs to finish up and call it a day. Now, I go to the gym and all I have to do is look at my plan! I still get to workout alongside everybody else, but I’m the one getting the most effective workout!

I’m SUPER excited to announce that I’m launching a support group specifically for you! This will not take the place of my boot camps. Those will still run monthly (Two starting in January: the 9th &16th)! This is simply a group intended for people to get their feet wet with my Weight Loss on the Wild Side program at a lower price point, where you can get insider tips from me!

How will it work? 

You will be in a private Facebook group with me! It will operate much like a group fitness class, except it will be virtual to where you can do your workouts at any point in the day that works best for you!

I’ll be sharing a weekly Weight Loss on the Wild Side schedule with you guys! This will consist of my favorite workouts that I’ve gotten the best results with! If you want to follow along, great! If not, that’s totally fine too, that’s the BEAUTY of a trail group! You can choose whichever workout has your fancy that day!

In addition, I’ll be sharing daily encouragement to keep you going on your fitness journey!

You will also have access to encouragement for others as well as educational info for extra accountability!

The GREAT news is that the week is FREE! I am happy to offer you a FREE Trial so you can find out if it’s a good fit for you!
