Hormone Balancing Plan


This plan includes key ingredients to promote healthy sex hormone production and detoxification, adrenal health, and thyroid function.  I have included my favourite adaptogens like Maca and Schisandra, as well as foods that support live and gut health. The focus is on indole-3-carbinol, calcium-d-glucarate, omega-3s, iodine, probiotics and fibre, as well as regular meals and plenty of protein for balanced blood sugar.
