How not to resist change because the universe has your back!
Posted on: January 16, 2018
So there has been some changes in my life in 2018…
It has been a couple weeks since I sent out my weekly newsletter and I am excited to share with you some pretty big changes that have happened to me in 2018.
Often times when we want something new, we have to do things differently. For me, with anything new or different comes lots discomforts. The old me would avoid discomfort at all cost but the “new” me is embracing opportunities and creating daily challenges to make myself a better person.
The first change of 2018 is I have taken on a position with Designs For Health and here is the reason why I am so excited.
When I created my business I called it the “Wild Side” because I wanted to create a community or “tribe” focused on education, relationships, empowerment, and accountability. I decided to not pay for licensing as a Naturopathic Doctor, despite having all the requirements because I felt in doing so I would lose the ability to interact and build the intimate connections within my Wild Side Tribe (click the blue link to join the free community). Deciding to not license was very hard but I 100% believe everything happens for a reason and the universe has your back!*** REMEMBER THIS.
Just as I decided not to license the opportunity came up, through a series of weird events, with Designs for Health. I had been using the products, recommending, and loving them but did not ever see myself in sales (enter discomfort). BUT in order to get what you want, you must do hard things. What drew me to this company was the community of support, education, and empowerment not only within the DFH team but also across the practitioners who use and believe in the products. Everything that I have been striving to create within my Wild Side Community aligns with the core values of Designs For Health. It was “love at first sight” or “meant to be” as they say.
So, what does that mean for you? Well if you are a practitioner and want to learn more about how I can support you in 2018 reply to this message. DFH has far more to offer that you may not realize besides the best supplements (in my opinion).
If you are a Wild Side client in the free or paid programs here is the low down. The Wild Side 7 week program will ONLY be run 4x/year. I would highly recommend this program to everyone because you learn the invaluable foundations of health. After 7 weeks you will notice increased energy, strength, confidence, libido, balance hormones, better mood, great periods of sleep and of course fat loss.
The final option to work with me in 2018 is through 1:1 coaching. The difference in 2018 is, there is no longer a minimum number of sessions required to work with me 1:1. Appointments are scheduled and conducted through digital conferencing such as Zoom or Skype or you can set up an in-person consult with me.Lastly, in 2018 I’m going to give you everything I’ve got!
If it’s worked for me, chances are I’ve talked about it over on the Wild Side.
From my Facebook Live Show episodes (<– click “like” on the page to be notified each time I go live) to my crazy-in-depth blog posts, I want to do what I can to help you take your health & business to the next level!
That means I’ll also be shooting you an email here and there to give you a heads up when fun things come up, so you can get in on that action.
Trust me, 2018 will be jam-packed with lessons, strategies and a few holy-shit-I-can’t-believe-I-haven’t-been-doing-that moments.
So you’ll want to keep an eye out for those. Sound good?
Pheewwww! Thanks for sticking with me through that <3
PS a lot of you have placed orders or messaged me about getting the Beef Protein shipped to you. The fastest way to get your order through is to respond to this email with your name, mailing address, and flavor you would like (chocolate or vanilla).
